Here's some of my favourites that I liked a lot when I flicked through the galleries.
I love the tailfin on the last one, though I'm unsure what to think of the name ...

I'd be interested what The Flying Cow pays its employees and how it compares to the rest of R1.

Let's dance to celebrate another off-topic post!
Now, let's go to any route we operate, let's click on the "Route finance" tab and let's see Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Ground Crew costs.
Have your realized how much employees expenses represent out of the total expenses to operate any given route? there's a bunch of other KPIs that one should focus much more than Payroll spending, as Payroll is not the "make or break it" element, sweetheart...
Darling, actually the topic is "Willing to join R1? Some nice locations". As you've already stated previously you offer "tickets at fair prices". However one aspect one should consider in this business simulation game is how well you treat your employees. It's an ever growing issue in the real world with some countries offering better working conditions than others. Furthermore employee moral plays into your employee rating as you probably know. Airlines aiming for max. reputation could be interested in things like averages wages, or at least I am.
I was genuinely interested in your human resources policy. Unfortunatly you seem to have failed to recognise this.

The delay part already flows into the reputation rating and is taken into account.
This game is a simulation with passengers that behave the same way for everyone who plays it. Work with them and deal with it.

If a decision has not yet been made I'd wish to throw my hat into the ring.
My Background:
I currently own North Atlantic Air Shuttle in R4 which is ranked top for reputation. Previously I ran another airline (Air Halcyon) in R4 which ranked number 1 for reputation. Furthermore I have started a small airline in R3. My player ID is 43564.
My goals for Chinatown Bus Airlines would be:
Perhaps in terms of managing your time you could make a list of destinations you wish to fly to per continent/region and spend a session simply focusing on assigning aircraft to routes going to those selected destinations. Alternatively you could focus only on one airport or one aircraft type. This way you are methodical in your assigning of routes and possilbly you can save some time.

All right, cheers. I'm in control.

You can go via Alliance Options > View other alliances > (Alliance Name) and get a ranked list. It sometimes crashes my browser though.

One reason I would imagine is that real airlines will not operate at 20 hours a day as they couldn´t compensate for any delays/cancellations if for example one of their aircrafts were to have a technical fault.

I've personally used to have my aircraft operating at around the 19 hours mark, however I've chosen to pursue a more realistic approach whilst playing.
It increases your on time performance rating which helps boost your overall reputation. I also read somewhere it influences your maintenance costs (but that could be a rumour / AE4 feature).

This is really the most bizarre strategy I've seen in AE.
What's the explanation for this?
Trophies.

What you should do is use less aircraft type. Also, your airlines is located in Belgium, the demand is way too low to compete as a major airlines.
P.S. Next time, don't give your airlines to random strangers without qualifications.
"Qualifications" , is there a degree in Airline Empire Management?
If so I'm interested...

Hi Always Benevolent,
what's the matter with Saad? Thank you.
It's the second third time he´s blatantly copied my post. I generally don't like people taking credit for other peoples stuff, no matter how good or bad it is. It's not against the rules it seems, but still rude and disrespectful.

- Expand the longhaul network with the current orders. (Potentially purchase/lease additional aircraft to further open more routes)
- Streamline the cabin configurations to either maximise profits/reputation.
- I would choose to focus on the international longhaul market with widebody aircraft rather than narrow bodies.

My Background:
I currently own Pacific Dragon in S4B which is a small airline. I have two accounts so this is on my another account but i would use this airline on this account. My player ID is 66656.
