Smallest...would be an E135 I think, on American Eagle.

 

Largest would be a 747-400 on United.

Largest: British Airways Boeing 767-300ER (LHR<->BCN)

 

I haven't done much flying, which is a bit annoying, as I love it. Might end up on a 747 next year if my plans to go to New York come to fruition.
