Just for the sake of comparison, what is your average fleet age? Mine's is 5 years, and I replace my planes when they are 10 years old.

Yeah, I assume running an airline in Australia would require quite a fleet of long range planes, at least until stopovers are a thing in AE.

I don't think so. The last world I was in, our alliance head left. There was no way for us to expand, so one of the members just started a new alliance. I don't believe there really is a way to fix it, unless I'm mistaken.

Any thoughts on it? I'm open to any in case I end up going through with another livery I plan to make.
