Hi, I have an airline based in Perth (PER, YPPH), could someone tell me where I can make routes that do not involve Australia? IE from Non-Aussie country to Non-Aussie Country

You can't do that. Read the guide 'bout political restriction on the forum.

Yeah, I assume running an airline in Australia would require quite a fleet of long range planes, at least until stopovers are a thing in AE.
