At least, post-SABENA I'm guessing. I think I already put Vanilla Air a few months ago.

#278767 Your favorite North American Airport

SFO (International Terminal) but also JFK, mostly because planespotting is kind of a thing at both. Also, parallel landings.

Good times indeed.
#282517 2020 East Asia Design Challenge
Posted by Cheapside on 23 April 2020 - 11:11 PM in Logo / Livery Requests
Fukuoka Airlines (福岡航空) is a Japanese airline based in Fukuoka Airport (FUK) in the southern island of Kyushu. It was founded in June of 2010 with a newly-delivered fleet of A320-200s. It mainly operates short flights connecting destinations in Japan to those in East Asia through their Fukuoka hub, but is considering investing in long-haul aircraft to service international destinations. The depicted aircraft, JA981A, was one of the first aircraft to enter operation for the airline.

#278937 AirSimWorld: Realistic online airline simulator

Looks neat! Are you thinking for this to be the modern version / improvement of Airline Empires? AirSimWorld does seem to take a bit of inspiration from AE.
#281467 My First Livery
Posted by Cheapside on 16 March 2020 - 11:57 PM in Designer Showcase
It looks really lovely! My assumption is that it's a German sort of airline, considering the red and yellow. I do like the cheatline, very 90s indeed. The only thing that puts me off is the large titles; I think they could be somewhat smaller.
EDIT: Whoops, I didn't see the part where it said "my current German based carrier". My bad.
#282185 A Question About Alliances...
Posted by Cheapside on 16 April 2020 - 05:04 AM in Alliances
I've been looking through all the alliances, and from what I've noticed, all of the members who've been accepted in nearly every alliance has submitted a well-designed livery along with their application. I'd like to ask whether designing a good branding (livery, logo, etc.) for an airline or running a successful airline in the game is more of a criterion for being accepted into an alliance.

#278928 Flight Lisbon Auckland
Posted by Cheapside on 21 August 2019 - 03:35 PM in New Players and Questions
You probably would have better chances with Lisbon to Sydney, but even that is over 11 thousand miles, about a thousand miles outside the range of the 777-200LR. Demand would probably be low too (I've known this from the low demand even from Moscow to Sydney).
#281499 Ability to Merge Airlines
Posted by Cheapside on 19 March 2020 - 03:52 PM in Suggestions and Feature Requests
That "allow airlines owned by the same person to merge" thing is probably just a loophole waiting to happen anyways. If someone is on a world where there's no limit on the number of airlines you can make, they could just make a slew of airlines and merge them all together to provide practically infinite starting cash.
