I'd improve their food by at least a thousand percent, and remove about 3 quarters of their fees, such as the cost of reissuing a boarding pass, or the excessive overweight baggage charge.

Ill push throught the standing seats and charging overweight people and maybe install ife with a fee of 30 pounds (i know its much).

Or ill improve everything and transferring london flights to heathrow, starting ryantlanic, or even "ryanasia" but with way more superior services than singapore airlines
