What happens when I'm trying to open the PSD file:
"the image type is not recognized, and cannot be opened."
I put the .dll where it should be, but for some damn reason, MS Paint recognizes it but not PDN.

You musn't put it in the MS Paint folder. You have to put it in the Paint.net folder, but make sure that you've downloaded paint.net first.What happens when I'm trying to open the PSD file:

It opens up in MSPaint, but certainly not in paint.net, even with the photoshop plugin installed.
