First day of the month used to be at 3 or 4 PM EST. Maybe we are waiting the 4-5 hours until time catches up with the day of the month, about 8-9 PM?

it is, but i think there is a bug with the game time right now... miller wouldn't say it was back running good if it was still paused.. so my theory ... bug

I think so too, it has now been paused after when I think it was paused originally. Hope it'll be up 2morrow.

Apparently the cron script I ran on the previous server is not valid on the current one. I've patched it quickly and it should work now. I'll look into a better fix over the next few days.
