I think the logo is cute and the smiley at the front is a matching level of cute. I also think that the bright basic colours work well with the brand. I think the logo could be positioned on the tail in a way that its bigger and easier to see. Further, the text for the time period is quite dated I would say that this livery on an XLR would be quite cursed. Finally, I think the front and rear swooshes obviously gel in theory but in practice look a bit mindless and noncohesive so I might take another swing at that or really say this is an older livery from when the airline was founded because as is it could be primed for a serious glow up circa 2016

Personally think the belly just dates the livery. I think it's the red pinstripe above it, but it makes the livery seem like it's from the early-mid 2000s. Unless, of course, it is from the early-mid 2000s, in which case, carry on.

i love the font! if this is supposed to be a retro aircraft though, i think it would look better with the text in all caps. also i'm not really a fan of the yellow/black underbelly, but it still looks cool!

Thanks. It's less retro and more like the logo's typeface didn't change since... the early days of aviation.

- Changed the aircraft registration to use FE-Schrift font to allow easy differentiation between Os and 0s.
 

The colours I understand are from the flag but soaking plane in them is a bad look. There are several reasons most planes are mostly painted white but one of them is that it generally always looks good...

I feel it's a great in-character angle in the airline's future design direction. I plan to release a Concorde livery based on this that is predominantly white. I can see the company using that as a basis for their standard 90s livery.

- Changed the anemoi's head: added negative space to give definition and detail to it

There is a button to edit a livery instead of posting it again. The detail on the logo makes its shape much better. The colours I understand are from the flag but soaking plane in them is a bad look. There are several reasons most planes are mostly painted white but one of them is that it generally always looks good. I totally think you can use these two colours but together with black and having so much of them just does not look great. I would suggest looking at something like the Oman 747 SP VIP thing for inspo. Finally I would find a different font this one is quite bad Italian restaurant vibes.

I'll try to look for alternative fonts that gives the logo a lowercase handwriting-like quality.

Lore

Oh well, it seems I messed up a bit with the text and didn't communicate well the lore I had in mind, to clarify, the airline is actually one that is similar to Starlux, niche and premium. In fact, I originally took inspiration from the Taiwanese airline. I'll edit the text as soon as I can.

 

For the name "Atlanjet", it actually works in a billingual way, "Atlan" coming from "Atlantique" wich refers to the Atlantic Ocean in french, and "Jet" is actually a word in french, meaning "strong or weak movement that is springing". "Jet" is also a commonly used anglicism to refer to an "aircraft", especially in Quebec. In fact, a private jet is usually called " jet privé" in french. Which adds a luxurious feeling to the brand.

 

For the logo, I simply designed the star's trail as a subtle hint for the airline being based in Quebec, it wasn't actually supposed to be the central element of the logo, because the logo symbolizes the elegant North Star and its role as a guide for travelers. However as said earlier, I designed it in a way that we can also interpret it as a Q for Quebec.

 

For the font, I took inspiration from the Starlux logo that seems to give "square, but modern" vibes. Same for the livery, I was influenced by Starlux with its very curvy elements but its cautiously squared logo.Though I suppose a subtle redesign to decrease the "squareness" of the logo can be considered.

 

These were the thoughts/ideas I had in mind while creating the brand. As always, I wholeheartedly welcome critcism. Thank you for taking the time to communicate your ideas about the brand.

Glad that you considered the multilingual aspect but it's just not a good name sadly it feels very cheap think about like geographic features of Quebec or interesting words Atlanjet sounds like not a fancy carrier.

The logo could work but it still needs that adjustment to make the edges of the circle line up.

Honestly I think the font doesn't look great on Starlux and it looks worse here. Part of Starlux's logo are those almost square parts of the tail logo. There are plenty of rounder fonts that would look muhc more elegant.
I'm commenting again because I think this brand could be quite good with some work.
