How do you increase profit margins? I recently read that someone has reached a 50% margin. My highest ever margin as full-service airline is 10-15% and my highest as an ULCC is 36-37%.

This has been a really random question but, has anyone got a 100% utilization with 200 gate terminals?

My highest was in EWR with 97%

My monthly cost for 3 of my terminals in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah are really different.

Abu Dhabi: 181,206
Dubai: 617,946
Sharjah: 84,330

Is this a glitch or is there a reason?

I agree to most of these, but for some routes (especially originating from DXB or SHJ) probably is from connecting passengers.

The realistic world seems to have less leases, is this supposed to be in the realistic world or is it just someone hogging aircraft.

this is true, however it is far from the best non-competitive base in the middle east, with egypt performing spectacularly, along with kuwait, saudi arabia, and others.

Agree with the competition part but I have never seen 3 or more airlines based in Qatar 

The main problem is that Qatar has only one major airport, so you will run out of good routes quickly. I usually recommend the US but China and the EU after 2000 are also viable. Qatar probably would be a good base in the open worlds thCon 

Considering the central location secondary cities will be great especially when you already have a huge network

Doha - Zanzibar can easily use a A321

In my opinion Qatar is a really underrated base, many of it routes have good capacity

What world is Jetsetgo Sweden? What kind of airline is it (Full Service or LCC)?

keep the F-70 in service? Unsure why you need to replace it

I like to keep aircraft age young and some are already 7-9 years and the F-70 has stopped production 

Anyone give suggestions for F-70 replacement? My best replacement is probably is the Antonov An-72

I am currently planning a Auckland-Tel Aviv using the 777-200ER the max payload is showing that 1 777-200ER can hold max of 289 pax. The other 777-200ER's are showing that it can hold a total of 241 pax. How can this be? All aircraft has the same number of seats the only difference is the flight hours.
