Do you mean less used aircraft? In the sandbox worlds, the used markets are flooded with aircraft, but in realistic worlds aircraft only appears on the used market after someone actually got rid of it.

You may be confusing being in a different world with the impact of a worse credit rating.
A quick test shows that a new airline in Open, Realistic, and Sandbox worlds receives the same BB rating with a 70 aircraft limit.
