Why do you want to join Dynasty World Alliance?​
Because it's been so long since I got to interact and work with people around here, and with me being active in this website for the foreseeable future, I might as well build friendships with people in this community.

How much experience in the AE community do you currently have? When did you join the website, and how familiar with it would you say you are?
As much as experience goes, I can manage a large airline complete with data sheets and all that stuff. Everything came from six years of experience and that much time allowed me to refine my methods of managing my airline. 

Which additional member airlines do you intend to bring into the alliance? Please give a brief description of them.

• DreamJet Airways - The pinnacle of all the airlines I managed in this game, I used to get bored once I reach the two-hundred aircraft milestone and deliberately dissolves them, until this one, it ran so good that I got passionate of running it up until today, where this airline is approaching the 600th aircraft mark. It's complete with liveries and logo, simple clean white fuselage, with the DreamJet writings on the top part, with the logo being represented by the golden stripes at the aft part of the fuselage.
• Air Filipinas - No liveries, no nothing. Work-in-progress, I must say. This airline is my test bed, it operates in my home country, the Philippines. It became the foundation for DreamJet Airways that I started operating in Australia. Dissolved way before DJA came into fruition.

Are you able to run airlines in-game on a regular basis?

Of course, I regularly log on to the game to run my airline. However, in terms of participation in Discord and all that stuff, I might take a week or two every month because after all, I'm still a student and have a fair share of responsibilities in real life.

Are you capable of participating in a discord server?

I really think a minor feature addition with regard to installation or at least removing of winglets in bulk should be implemented in the Aircraft overview tab. Like the options we have in the Route overview tab where we can change IFS or match lowest prices (if that even works) in bulk.

It's really inconvenient for me having to go through more than 200 airliners just to install winglets on them.

While I know this is just a warning, it still concerns me that someone might ban me for real.

Context:

Due to weird performance issues in Opera GX lately, I started using Google Chrome as my browser of choice when playing Airline Empires. All is smooth when I started getting warnings like the one in the screenshot for simply attempting to install winglets on my airliners.

With that said, I'm quite afraid of doing these upgrades at the moment without explanation from someone, because apparently, being banned accidentally sucks, and with the progress I made with my airline, hours of grind would go down to s***.

I'm losing money on operating good IFEs, the reputation pays off especially in highly saturated routes.

It is possible to make them profitable, what I tend to do is maximize the possible ticket price I can charge on a route like that. Don't expect that it would be making five figures or so, if anything, it would just be enough to break even with maintenance costs, leasing costs, etc.

it could be your reputation, if your competitor has a higher reputation then it's harder for you to gain market share

The guy has like 70% reputation, I've got 100. Plus, in our routes I literally have the better reputation but yeah, I don't know what to do anymore I've tried switching for smaller airliners (added frequency with no compromises in legroom) but nothing seems to work.

try lowering your price, usually i lower it by at least $20 then round it down to the nearest 5 because it makes me feel better when i see a number ending in 5 or a 0. also check back every day to see if they lowered their price as well

I had to lower my price by $200 to gain like 13% in a route we are operating in lmao. I don't know if this is a functionality issue because I have no problems beating the c*** out of other airlines.

I'm baffled with a major problem, though, I have no problems with my competitor it's just strange that I offer way better IFS, legroom, and all that stuff but I can't really increase my airline's market share on routes we are competing for.

I've been having issues recently, especially with creating new routes and on top of that the "Match lowest price" functionality doesn't work, I find myself having to manually re-adjust my prices against my competitors which takes a horrendous amount of time with the amount of routes I'm currently operating.

I spend years in hiatus, with my former friends here either gone or deleted. I have no one to ask for help with in-flight services. The best I could manage nowadays are three stars. I literally forgot how to make a five star IFS that will still churn in a little bit of profit.

The game currently has four of the Airbus A321 variants, the -100, -200, NEO, and LR that starts production 2018-present. The XLR is yet to make its debut.

Returning to the question, it is important to note that the A321 falls short in comparison to the range capabilities of the Boeing 757. As a result, I would recommend employing the A321 on routes that are on the short and medium haul. For longer routes, the Boeing 767-200ER is a viable alternative, even offering superior range when compared to the 757. However, it is worth noting that the lease cost for the Boeing 767-200ER is twice that of the 757, so it is advisable to use them only on routes where the 757 is stretched thin and profitability is high.

In addition, the Boeing 737-900ER is another suitable option to consider.

I'm not familiar with Russian or Chinese airlines so I wouldn't know of what they have to offer.
