As the title says, I'm looking for a logo for my domestic South Russian Airlines. It doesn't have to be anything super fancy or anything, maybe add the southeastern part of Russia to it, since 3 of my main airports are Sochi, Krasnodar, and Rostov.

The thing is I am the only airline out of Argentina right now and the market is way underserved, so frequency doesn't matter yet. Is it more profitable to have 2 a318s flying the same route about 3x daily or 1 a330 flying about 1.2x daily on a route that is 1000 miles?

Because I've previously started airlines out of small markets like Estonia, Georgia, Greece (inter island turboprops) I have a problem I'm running into. My new airline is based out of Buenos Aires and I'm planning on opening a Buenos aires-sao Paolo route, which has 375 pax daily and is just over 1000 miles. Because I'm trying to keep my flight hours realistic would it be better to order multiple a320 family craft and set them on the same route or to order 1 wide body aircraft (a330)and use it about 10x weekly for this route even though (from my understanding) its more efficient on longer routes?

How has nobody said Berlin Tegel yet? After you get through security there aren't any bathrooms in the waiting area for your plane so if you need to go you have to leave and do security all over again or hold it. Also the waiting areas are tiny.

I'm looking for a logo and/or livery for my greek airline Αιγαίου νησιά, which literally means Aegean Islands according to Google translate , so I'd like the livery to have a Greek feel to it with the colors being a dark blue and white on an ATR 72. Other than that the design is up to you. Thanks.

I like to create airlines in areas that have little to no competition. My regional greek airline is the first somewhat realistic airline as far as ifs and utilization is concerned. I have operated airlines fro Estonia and Albania in the past, and I plan to create a new airline out of Georgia (the country) in a couple of game years in R6.

This is not going to work for the reason that members who operate airlines in the BRICS countries are both rare and the countries are difficult to connect.

As of 2002 in the 2000-2030 world, there are 7 airlines out of Brazil, 14 out of China, 4 out of India, 6 out of Russia, and 3 out of South Africa. 

Thanks for the help everyone. I've actually tried using DHC-6 on some of my lower demand cities and it seems to be working pretty well. I might have to order a couple more so the base cost of $100k per month doesn't cancel so much of their profits, but I think its working. 

Hello. Another new guy question here: Is there any way to make a somewhat decent profit with small planes, as in 15 seats and less? I'm asking because I run a Greek regional airline here:

and my problem is that there are many airports that I can use my ATR-72s on fine when I need them to go to and from a bigger city, but I can't seem to make any money when I connect airports that have 3 demand per day. I tried ordering a Bretton Norman Islander, set it up but anything past 1 flight per week would make me lose money and when I would only set up one flight I would only make about $60 per day per route. Is there any way to set up a good system of small planes so I can connect these smaller airports together while actually making a little bit of money in the process?

I know my airlines aren't exactly realistic and I don't know too much about aviation irl but I know there aren't going to be any A380-800s and 787-8s going to a smaller market like Ukraine so often. I also know its unrealistic to fly to all 3 Moscow airports, both Istanbul airports, etc 7 times perday. I also know you won't be able go get a direct flight going from Kiev to Brazzaville, Cape Town, Anchorage, Honolulu, Kathmandu, Tbilisi, Belfast and other more obscure destinations. Its a little pot meet kettle with me running AlbanianAIr but I'm learning. You seem to just apply to as many airlines as you can in the hopes one will accept you instead of trying to improve your airline to meet your desired alliance's requirements.

No, it means he they don't operate in any world, but SkyRoutes operates in R-Delta, and Luft that is Globe's new branding.

 

Why was Jetstream actually formed if it's just that what it is? 

If they don't operate in any world how are they an alliance? Not trying to sound snarky or anything I'm genuinely curious. Out of experience Aspire is in R-Delta and R6 at least, and SkyRoutes and .blu are in R-Delta as well.

I thought this would be an interesting subject-which country is it hardest to make a profit in here at AE? Just for fun yesterday I opened an airline in Greenland and it didn't work out so well   so it got me thinking about this. What are your thoughts?

Despite our low prices we offer 5* IFE on all our aircraft for no cost, and newspapers/magazines, blankets and pillows for all but the shortest of flights, and for the longer 0-500 mile flights we offer two 5* snacks for free, and for 500-2500 we offer 2 free 5* breakfasts and snacks with free headphones, and for anything above 2,500 miles everything except for souvenirs are offered for free, while 2 5* breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options are all free. 

 

Because of our market and our luxuries provided on (almost) every flight, we aren't the most profitable airline but due to our affordable prices and excellent service AlbanianAir would add a highly reputable airline to Aspire, and as a relatively new player I could improve my skills as an airline operator.

Tell us about your past on AE (How long have you been around, favourite area to start airlines): I haven't been on AE for a really long time but after fooling around in my first week or so I've created two successful airlines based in Albania (the one I'm showing you) and EstonianAir. I like the idea of starting an airline in a relatively under serviced area and making it successful. In the future I plan to start an airline based out of Nepal in the world that stretches from 2000-2030 when it resets.

Future plans for your airline: Get some long range aircraft and open some more routes to the US and Asia, and maybe a couple in Africa. Update IFE to include Live TV, In flight wifi and mobile phone coverage when they become available and install them on AlbanianAir's entire fleet. And get a good livery and logo.
