Or Saudi Arabia, like JED or RUH, the distance between another airport on that country (from JED) is only 90 - 950 miles, there is no distance above 1000, so if yuo want operate regional airline, choose it and operate small aircraft to take control domestic routes. The higher gate price the higher demand you get.

The higher demand from JED is to DMM, RUH and MED, 3 HUB in one country with the distance is between 200 - 400 miles, so you have enough hours available to fly another routes, like Qatar, Egypt and many others in Middle East,
