A good way to find routes with the bug is to check the hubs of our 2 suspects and see the top few cities in terms of passengers

The main cities involved = BOS, DFW, ORD, LAX, DTW, MCO, LGA. Most of these are hubs of the 3 airlines in Skyworld Alliance.

...wtf. how is this can air be making any money???? all those routes should have load factor of 0%

He's taking advantage of a bug. If you fill a route up with planes and then someone leaves the route your LF will go up 100% (for everyone on that route) until of course someone joins the route and then your LF will go into the minus figures.

The problem is that....Skyworld Alliance consists of Can Air, CUA and Canadian Airlines. All of them are cheating and its suspected that all of them are the same person.
