In a to many shocking turn of events. Miami-based LCC Tango Airlines has placed an order for 25 Intera R2-20s to compete and maybe eventually replace the airlines aging Airbus A321s which were acquired from Worldwide in 2001. It's also been rumoured that Tango is looking at longer flights to South America and maybe even Europe. Something the R2 with its new engines has the capacity to do.

I decided I didn't like Shaankara Aerospace, so I will be transferring its operations to my new company:
Strada Aerospatiale Italia S.p.A was formed in 2006 with a subsidy from the Italian government and was charged with designing and building a short haul aircraft to take on the US built competition, after several years of design and testing the aircraft flew last year and was assigned the name S-600 Seicento, Strada are now taking orders for the new aircraft. The company also announced today it will continue production of the Shaankara Series 60 under its own brand and production will take place in Turin with final assembly in Milan (the specifications remain the same) the aircraft is now produced under the Strada S-500 Cinquecento name.
Strada also announced the launch of the S-600 Seicento as a competitor to the Intera R2 on the short to medium haul narrowbody market assembled at Strada's Milan facility. This aircraft will seat up to 186 passengers in a one class 29" seat pitch and fly up to 3,500 nautical miles with a typical payload, a stretched variation currently under development as the S-700 Settecento and the prototype is set to make its first flight soon.
I ask again, well designed paint schemes only or your order will be rejected, this aircraft is Italian and style is more important that anything...

I don't know, I mean, I think it'll look good in bright scotchlite green.
After becoming very impressed with the delivery and performance brought by Intera, Skyway is proud to announce the order of 60 Intera R1-30 series aircraft.
