What about Gol?

Gol is absolutely not the flag carrier. See, can sometimes lead the domestic market, bur in the international one it's going down. With new Azul flight to USA from VCP, she is saying that's the new flag carrier, the successor of Varig. But TAM is bigger in everthing, number of planes, routes, strong presence in Europe and North America. And we have Avianca Brazil that is small, with only 6% of the domestic share

if I could take charge of Air Canada, Have a Single Manufacturer Fleet, Likely a All Boeing (For The Main Airline anyway, the Airbuses would likely go to Rouge and everything else to Express).

So I'm part Taiwanese, so I'll go with China Airlines.
I would phase out the A340-300's, replace with 777-300ER's
737-800's would be fitted with scimitars, just because scimitars =
A350 orders would be cancelled in favor of 787-8/-9, which could also be used to retire some of the older A330-300's then.
747-400's would be retrofitted with new cabin, and retirement pushed back due to falling oil prices.
Final fleet would be situated around the A330, B737, B747, B777 and B787 types.
Oh, and also merge Mandarin Airlines' fleet in to the mainline fleet.

Well, if Nick's doing CI, then I guess I'll be BR
Not unlike Nick, I'd merge UNI Air back into mainline, and replace their MD-90s and ATRs with E-Jets.
As for mainline, I'd eventually replace those A330s with 789s and 7810s.
I'd buy 748s to take over BR's largest international routes, and move the left over 77Ws to new destinations. I'd also eventually buy 77Xs to replace the 77Ws in the mid 2020s.
I'd also get a bunch of 748Fs for EVA Air Cargo.

There are many reasons why this is completely unfeasible and idiotic.

Worst decision ever. B747 and B757 is the worst plane you could ask for these days.

Id close all the damn money sucking flag carriers , and fire all the political cronies who got jobs at the useless flag carriers and send in LCCs and ULCCs . And tell the governments you don't get flag carriers because you trashed all the countries currency. For spending beyond tax revenue. While creating inflation Which caused them flag carriers to be money pits / or to go belly up in the first place.

British Airways-
A318-Keep only for business service to New York
A319/A320-Replace with A319/320neo, increase seat pitch to 32 inches once fuel prices are low and stable (they are currently going back up)
All others, keep but increase seat pitch in all economy classes. 31 inches is far too low for an 11 hour flight (unless Norwegian are involved)
