If you can work smarter, sonny, you don't have to work harder 
Anyone who has not come to terms with the simple mathematics for plane routing should pay a bit more attention to Maths Class
Some people configure their seats for the sake of realism
Some to maximise profit
Some just doesn't care
And some...well... Mind if I call the dog again?

Yeah I usually just copy and paste the configs real life airlines use, which also happen to be horribly unsuitable for AE.

I agree completely, its horribly unrealistic and makes no sense whatsoever. However, if it makes money in AE (which is a game, nowhere near a simulation of real life...) then heck, I say good luck to the fella!

The only thing that really bothers me is the seat configs. Because as you can clearly see, the first class collumn is overloaded but the business collumn is underloaded.

I use iit to my advantage. Also, I am guilty of underserving C and F. As Steve said above, some people use realistic configs.

someone might try to replicate real config, with F as bussiness, C as premium economy, and Y as economy.
