Servers having a downtime?

Are the servers having a issue right now? both Rα and R0 which I have airlines either loads so slow or doesn't load at all. and I got new AC deliveries which I can't assign routes cause game won't load :(

(I'm on laptop, can confirm have fast internet about 70MBPS and already clearing cache & cookies as well as using 2 different browsers but still nothing)

I had this problem a few days ago on S2 but it seems to be better now.
