ngelihat profilnya sih, dugaan saya dia bukan orang Indonesia, karena airline2nya beda2 negara...
tapi siapa tahu...

kalo kita ambil contoh, misalnya CGK-HKG, harga yang dia turunin edan banget...
sementara kompetitornya $486, dia udah ada di $360... (tapi saya yang masih $486 masih tetep dapet full load, kok)
tapi ga tau deh rute yang lain, sebab saya ketemu dia cuma di hongkong, sama CGK-DPS doang...

the secret is to find best aircraft and best configuration of IFE and IFS.

i always look for the most profitable route, then when i become a rich airline, i will start invade my regional routes with regional aircraft, no matter how low is the profit..

Long haul air crafts are expensive, either you buy or lease, and from Indonesia only routes from CGK can provide sufficient demand. Hence, those routes are overcrowded by international airlines, make me hard to compete. I don't even have a single gate in CGK, yet.

in the end, if everyone use the same strategy, we will compete sooo much harder.

Not having CGK is not a mistake, though.
I have ever survived a world where i didnt open any route from CGK at all.
Just combine other big airports like DPS, MES, and KOE as your hub, and get the crowd.

Person who owns cicak terbang, as i know, is indonesian.
But in my humble opinion, not because i defend cicak terbang, there are no "screwing an airline like hell" in this game unless a person is really annoy other people by creating unbelievable strategy (like overload seat capacity with low prices).
my airline was screwed by Sibul Airways in this game, but i found it challenging to beat him rather than complaining about how dominating he is.
