So what happens at the end of 2008? I'm presuming the game goes back to September 2nd, 1946... Although, there are some cool aircraft slated for production after that (ACAC ARJ, Bombardier C-Series, Boeing Yellowstone Project) to name a few.

I really doubt we'll make it to 2008 on this game. Really, what will happen is the game will just continue as it has.

That would be in about 2 years in real time. I hope there will be a reset before the game reaches 2008.

I meant, game year 2008, because in the aircraft section Miller put earlier in this thread, all production ceases in 2008, but I'm wondering what happens after that.

I was talking about game year 2008 as well. It's now game year 1946, so if the game would run until game year 2008 at the present rate it would take about 2 years in real time. But anyway, Miller answered your question about the planes already.

its hard because the gates cost the same, but we dont make nearly as much as we used to with beechs. The Lockheed prop is almost as much as an a319. it just seems like the a/c and gates should be cheaper if we are playing with all these puddle jumpers

aircraft prices are relative to 2007, thus its current value.

Of course, if they were in 1950s prices, then Miller would need to make sure inflation and other factors which affect prices were inputted into the database to make sure by the time 2007 rocked up, ull be paying the prices airlines are paying at the moment.

And on the gates, well, could be lower since airport fees at that time werent so expensive nor were their all these other features in the airport, like this day in age. :P
