The color choice is poor, the design is not cohesive/does not compliment the aircraft, I cannot tell what the logo is, and I assume this is for a fictional country but the lack of context in the form of lore means that i am generally uncertain about anything that this livery represents.

ATLANJET | A350-900

Boring base executed proficiently. Name is atrocious particularly for a legacy carrier which is what the lore heavily implies. Weird for an airline to be based in Quebecois culture and have a deeply English name. Also weird to have a Q logo for an airline with an A name. I think some thought was put into this brand but I would put some more because it looks like you have the basic skills to make something much more compelling than this. I think the logo has a cool base to it - it looks a little more premium niche carrier than big national to me but that different role for an airline would also work better for being Quebec based with presumably the hub in Montreal. I do think that aligning the semicircle so that it has the same amount of space between the star and circle on both sides. The pattern on the tail is a nice touch but I would consider making it more subtle and moving it closer to the top of the tail so that there's less going on the bottom and less emptiness at the top. Finally, the font isn't great for this brand the logo and fuselage decoration are very smooth and curvey so going for an unusually squared off font is a bad choice. I would suggest going for a more elegant look and make this feel more premium with something like Selino.

This is my first time building an aircraft's livery. I am also open to feedback on improving them. What are the general pointers in color choice and aircraft matching?

Fictional Country Context: The Diarcesian Monarchy is a Greco-Roman country that has a lot of historical influence from the Byzantine Empire of the 500s-600s AD. The flag's colors are dark red with gold accents. If placed on Earth, it could be a large breakaway European-based state from Byzantium with a Greek-Latin hybrid language and culture.

Airline Context: The logo is called "Hespera", a country-specific Anemoi figure from its Greek-derived mythology. She is depicted dancing and holding a lasso to give it a windy effect. The color choices are based on the country's flag.

The country is also known for its rail network, and the airline's liveries try to evoke train liveries as well.
