They approved Finland just a few days ago. And no, they have reasonable concerns just like Sweden has on Turkey joining the EU.

When will AE4 be released? It's been almost a decade since they declared that. Also, I hope they including connecting flights to the game - in meatspace airlines do that why can't we here on AE?

Why do people use A320 or B737 a lot instead of tu-214? I don't know why they use the more expensive B737 or A320 even though the difference in fuel consumption is not big
As others have pointed out, the Tu-214 and other Russian-made aircraft aren't the most efficient carrier for its size. So unless people are strictly operating an airline during the cold war in Russia, they usually will go for more efficient Airbus, Boeing or sometimes Bombardier and Embraer jets.
Early 1950's (1950-1955) : DC-6, L-1649, B377, and for starting VC-1 Viking (you just need 20 vikings, after that better move to larger airplanes). Ambassador and Viscount may be considered too.
Late 1950's (1955-1960) : DC-7 all variants, Britannia, 707-120/320B/C, DC8-20
Early 1960's (1960-1965) : 707-320, 727-100, DC8-50, CL44. Tu-114 can be considered too.
Late 1960's (1965-1970) : Probably still 707-320, 727-200, 737-200, 747-100, DC8-50/61/62, CL44.
1970's : 727-200/adv, 737-200/adv, 747-100/200B/C, A300B4, DC10, L1011
1980's : Still all mentioned in 1970's + 737-300/400, 747-300/400/400D, 757-200, All 767 variants, A300-600/600R, A310 all variants, A320, MD81, MD83. Can be considered too is Tu-154M and BAE146.
1990's : All mentioned in 1980's + A330 all variants, A340-300/300E, B737-500/700/800, 777-200/200ER, MD11. Can be considered too Avro RJ series and Fokker 100
2000's : All mentioned in 1980 and 1990's + 737-700ER/900ER & A380. Can be considered too is 777-200LR, 300, 300ER, and Embraer 170/190 series.
2010's : All mentioned in 1990's and 2000's + 737MAX, 747-8, 787-8/9/10, A330-800/900, A319/20/21NEO/LR, A350-900/1000. Can be considered too is C919, A220 and Embraer E2 series.
Above is a good thing to follow. Except some aircraft from the 80s (767s, A320 family, and 757s) Those continue in production all the way up until the late 2010s and even are still built today. So you can capitalize on these aircrafts as well as operate newer craft as well.
Whatever your preference though.

your plane might not show up because of political restrictions. or because the runway is too short for the aircraft. or the route is out of range for your aircraft.

Imao, I would disagree. Just avoid the spamliners and compete in other worlds. Plus, I think this would be way to complicated.

Give Up?????!!!!!
Just kidding you can actually leave your routes at regular price and you will get 100% pax. But in terms as in valuation you really can't.

Since currently the oldest world resets to about 1955 and the game already has older planes like the DC-3, DC-4, Boeing 307, and Martin 2-0-2 that go unused, would it be a fun idea for one of the Realistic Worlds to reset to the late 30's, like 1937? That way it wouldn't be too long before aircraft development takes off.
If Yuxi or anyone is reading this,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!
this is a good idea. sounds be a good idea!

Group B | Fly Kuwait | Kuwait International Airport (KWI)
Lore:
Fly Kuwait was founded in 1988 by a British millionaire who owned a bank in Kuwait City. But after a few years of general route fleet expansion the country of Iraq invaded Kuwait. During the Gulf War; Fly Kuwait suffered substantially as all flights were grounded. But after the war ended another airline called Air Kuwait had collapsed and they sold to Fly Kuwait for about $18 million dollars. The airline after that continued to grow and grow till it had a fleet of about 100 aircraft. The airline also grew to be the second largest airline in Kuwait (Behind the flag-carrier Kuwait International Airlines). But in 2020 with the pandemic the airline faced may tough choices particularly with routes to China. So Fly Kuwait closed all flights to Shanghai and Beijing. And then January of 2022 saw the airline open flights to Canada and to New York City. And now they plan on expanding to Chicago and order 10 787-8s.
