Can someone explain how it's possible to have 856 aircrafts in the third year of operation?

I'm a beginner in AE and I can't even imagine to have more than 200... Is it possilble to play "newgame+"?

Dear Designers

I'm looking for a logo and livery for my airline - polair. It's based in Reykjavikand soon I'd like to move/expand to other nordic countries (and Canada).

Currently I'm using this - based on other POLAiR company. The polar bear is a perfect symbol for my airline and it'd great of using it in the future (also combined with white and cyan blue).

Could I politly ask for two logo/livery pack - retro and modern? Retro livery would be used on the 707 family, modern on the 777. I know it's too much to ask, so I'd be very grateful even for the modern version.
