Okay I think I will need to use larger aircraft on my short haul flights. I am currently using A320, B734 and 738. What is the bigger economic alternative, Any suggestions?

I am trying but it doesn't accept the image extension which is JPEG !!!

Because we actually met in S1 and of course Indonesia to Egypt routes, I personally do not understand with the way you flood a route in so many-many seats.

 

For CGK-CAI, which only flies 300 economy pax weekly, you give 1028 economy seats. That's more than three it times it actually needed. 

What for, Darling? Frequency? Use smaller longhauler airliner and attach small number of seats.

For money obviously, basic principal of economics. If doing something is generating a profit, you should keep doing it until it doesn't generate a profit.

The margin per plane shrinks as you go above the pax, but there is still an increase in profit.

 

He's playing in a country with low pax demand, meaning he can probably very easily fill every normal seat in a few years. So he pretty much NEEDS to push a route to its absolute maximum.

That's correct. As for now I am giving 1455 seat daily in the economy, matching your price and guss what? I have a 100% occupied seats.

I am building my airline around Cairo as a hub so I am always filling my planes from one destination and pass them into my network regardless of the point to point demand. And yes I am harming my profit margin but that is the only way I can grow in an airport like Cairo where I already maxed the point to point demand after 3 years only !!
