I can't buld more than 200 gate at my hub in Cairo airport in S1. Is that a specific airport limitation or S1 limitation or AE general limit?

200 is the Maximum.

No screenshot required, 200 is the maximum size allowable for a terminal in AE.

Okay I think I will need to use larger aircraft on my short haul flights. I am currently using A320, B734 and 738. What is the bigger economic alternative, Any suggestions?

I'd consider upgrading to A321, 737-900ER, 757-200/300 or widebodies such as the 767 and A330 to try to optimise your slots.

200 gates is the limit, you can always open routes in neighboring airports in your country once your main base is filled.
