I only just realised in the S3-B world that the Boeing 767-300ER enters service in 1986, the same year as the 767-300. This is incorrect. The Boeing 767-300ER did not enter service until 1988 with American Airlines [link]. The 767-300ER rolled out in 1986 the same as the base -300, but extra certification was needed due to the longer range, it wasn't certified until 1988, over a year after the -300 (certified at the end of 1986).
