How is this number determined, and how much does it affect reputation?

My guess is that it probably has a negative correlation which number of hours that the aircraft on a route are in flight, but I really don't know. 

Sorry if this has been asked before; I did a couple searches but didn't find the answer (maybe I'm just terrible at searching). 

Do gate lease payments always fall on the same day (like the 1st of the month or something) or does it depend on when you leased that particular gate? Like if I leased a gate at Tokyo Haneda Airport on February 12th, 1960, would the payment date always be the 12th?

I would like to see some additional starting aircraft options.

Especially for those trying to role-play an Eastern Bloc airline, it would be nice to be able to start with a Tupolev or Ilyushin or an Antonov.

Could anyone more skilled than I make a livery for my SKOGA airlines? I should have requested it when I made the airline on S4B, which is nearing its reset, but maybe I'll use the airline again and it would be cool to have a livery ready.

The airline uses the Il-96-300 and the Tu-214. I think there's a Medviation template for the former.

I was thinking something really minimalist, like just a dark red cheatline from the cockpit all the way down the side, on an otherwise bare exterior.

I don't know if this is high enough resolution, but I do have the logo, the star part of which could go on the tail (in a darker red than in the logo version).

The only other thing I think would be on it would be 中苏民航 and СКОГА written above the cheatline in the same color.

What's the earliest and latest dates that it's possible to order the Tupolev Tu-114?

My friends and I are talking about what world to play on when the one we're on right now (S4B) resets, and I kinda want to do a playthrough on a world that's set far enough back in time so I can have a fleet of Tu-114s, mostly because I love how weird it is. One of my friends prefers the more modern aircraft though.

Do any of the worlds have a really long runtime? Are there any that start early enough to get the the Tu-114 but go late enough to get modern aircraft with long ranges?
