what about wi-fi IFE for airlines?

also do airports manage wi-fi in gates or can airlines?

I talked about this earlier but how about check-in conditions like all kiosks or all human employees? and what about gate condition like manual bilboard or digital

Well wi-fe on planes is nice but I completely disagree with it in gates. We should only have control over our hubs , gates , and terminals. I
