That is SO right, at the start of this round, i could have gone to a better airport, LHR, ATL, JFK, ORD, CDG, MXP, etc,

but no, i chose MAN not because it was gonna make me tonnes of money, but simply because MAN is my favourite airport, ever since i was a kid,

imho, 3RA is the BEST, better than ANY other AE alliance, (other alliances may flame me for that remark, but i am sooo not bothered :airplane

not for long. Soon EMPIRE Alliance will take the AE world by storm!!!

I'm at MAN for the same reasons, its been my favourite airport (mainly cos its the only one Ive ever been to bar STn within the UK (my family hates flying). Now all I needd is for dan to stop chargin $1 on MAN- ATL runs, still I bet hes losing more than me on it, I still got a high load factor for some reason!!!


lol Dan has taken to charging to $1 on a lot of routes, so now I just do the same

Right but there are a few difference between you and me,

1. Because of the 'Hub Effect', i can charge (nearly) whatever prices i want, but, even though i have $1 routes, since i use the right A/C for the routes, i still make a profit

2. Yes, MAN-ATL is still a $1 route, and will stay that way as long as i deem necessary,

3. You're right, i am losing money on that route, $225,405 to be precise, but i have all of my other ops to make up for it,

Not the only one, and neway I was messing about Dan lol, Im fine with those sorts of routes, theyre a minor amount and I operate like you, elsewhere which means I still make a lot of Profit, and whereas you lose money on the ATL runs, I still make money, quite a bit really lol

Im happy to be both your competitior and your friend
