SKOGA/СКОГА/中苏民航公司 is the acronym for Soviet-Chinese Civil Aviation Company (Sovyetsko-Kitaiskoe Obschestvo Grazhdanskoi Aviatsii, Советско-Китайское общество гражданской авиации in Russian), or "Sino-Soviet Civil Aviation Company" (zhōngsū mínháng gōngsī) in China. The PRC and USSR founded the airline as a joint project in 1950, though by now the airline is much more Chinese, though it continues to primarily use aircraft designed by Ilyushin and Tupolev.

I'm picturing it as sorta like the classic American Airlines livery, with a cheat at the window level the full length of the aircraft, and the star from the logo on the tail. Maybe with 中苏民航 and СКОГА printed somewhere on the side or something.
