I have an airline which has been going downhill since I started it a few days ago in O1. I've never made an airline in O1 before but I'd appreciate some help. 

 

FlyAtlantic is a budget carrier similar to Norwegian based in Europe. They will fly from Europe to America and from European cities to European holiday destinations.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Message me if you want to help.

Be aware that the 737-300 and -800 are different maintenance a categories, unless you are making a substantial profit with the -300, I’d suggest ditching it for a -700, approx. the same size and in the same maintenance class as the -800. It would be very easy to make a substantial loss with less than 10 planes and more than 1 maintenance class.

Try to search for a same family plane in used plane market.

 

When you start try to have only 1 family of aircraft at time because every family have a monthly base maintenance cost. 

For the 737-800 is 3050000 at month, that is a hard value to pay when starting.

Right now you have two gates at Dublin, but you're only using one of them. Return one gate to the airport, which will lower your gate costs, until you have enough aircraft to use most of your slots. Also, try to standardize on one aircraft family. The 737-300 is in the 737 classic family, while the 737-800 is in the 737 next gen family, so ditch one of them and replace it with another of the same family (eg 737-700, -800, and -900 are all in the same family). Also, you could increase the utilization of your 737-800.
