Hi all, I was wondering if someone can please tell me how gates and slots work. I know what an airport gate is and for the most part how it works. What I don't understand is what do slots in game?

Each gate is worth 50 slots. Each slot can handle one weekly flight.

Each slot = 1 flight.

 

Let's say you want to do Los Angeles to San Francisco and want to put 30 weekly flights. Since 1 slot = 1 flight, and each gate = 50 slots, you have spent 30 slots and are left with 20 for use with other flights.
