If the point is to be based on real airlines, a limit of one hub is silly.  We can all think of many airlines on the spot that have several hubs.

 

I like the idea too, but it's simply not enforceable given the current game mechanics, not to mention that it would be a lot of work just to make the database of real airlines that you could emulate as there are literally thousands; especially when you factor in defunct carriers.
