Aurigny (still going, flew on several of their Britten Norman Trislanders which I also doubt anyone on here has flown, they’re pretty crap in game but absolutely amazing irl)
Blue Islands (apparently on the brink) [no longer, it seems]
British European (became Flybe which is now defunct)
BMI Baby (defunct)

Sorry, but I've flown on Trislanders and ATRs with both Aurigny and Blue Islands!

Skybus IOS
Some weird airline flying twin otters to these tiny islands, flew them in 2018.

Flown them twice to visit relatives, back when they were operating out of SOU. Wouldn't personally call Scilly weird.

Silk Air

Several times

P o R t u G á L i A ~

Several times

Anyway I'll add Virgin Atlantic Little Red and CSA Czech as two more I bet no one else have flown.

Been on Virgin and CSA

China Airlines.

I have been on China Airlines

More recently Royal Air Maroc

I have flown them

I would be surprised if these are unique, don't think these have been mentioned yet (apologies if they have):
• British European Airways (merged with BOAC to form BA)
• British Island Airways

• British Caledonian Airways
• Brymon
• Air New Zealand
• Ansett

• Royal Jordanian
• Air Malta
• Cyprus Airways
• Kenya Airways
• Braniff
• Flybe

A couple of rarer ones:

• Ethiopian Airlines
• SyrianAIr*
• DETA (now LAM Mozambique)*

*these were wet-leased 707s from BEA Airtours (they supplied the planes and flight crew, cabin crew were from the leasee). My father negotiated the contracts for these and we got to tag along on a trip to check all OK.
