Doesn't matter when it is reset. It will still be paused for a while.

pm (EST) reset on saturday. That would have made it the following:

Detroit, New York, Boston, Florida, - 2:00 PM
Chicago, St. Louis, Texas, - 1:00 PM
Denver, Phoenix, - noon
Los Angeles, Vegas, Washington (state), - 11:00 AM
Sydney, - 6:00 AM
Tokyo, - 4:00 AM
Singapore, Taiwan, Beijing, Eastern Austrailia, - 3:00 AM
Paris, Rome, Berlin, Munich, - 8:00 PM
England, - 7:00 PM

people in Australia and Asia would be at the largest disadvantage, becasue, (assuming every person woke at 8:00 AM) they would not be able to play until 2-5 hours after the reset, but this seems to be the closest-to-best time for every person.

Not school at at the moment, School's off til the end of the month, also Sydney should be Eastern Australia, and Eastern Ausralia should be Western Australia
Eastern Australia is one hour ahead at the moment, along with New Zealand.
