I'd say the background and creating a transparent background for the logo so it blends into the site and background. Also some of the fonts could be a bit more related to the logo 
Got heaps of info though!

I wouldn't put the 'Booking and online check-in' on the first page. I would make it its own page

Why not? Most airlines if not all have their flight booking on the first page. Its the first and main thing a customer is gonna do is to book a flight on an airlines website. Am sure customers are not going to look at some picture
