well from what i see is your fleet is really old, I mean using Lockheed L-1011-500 or B727 at 2017 is just instant killing, and you built an airlines in the US, the toughest market on earth, i think i could do it, need some fleet replacement, opening and expanding more profitable routes and do some fixing on financial stability.
