FRA-LAX with Lufthansa in a 747-400 and because of a full economy class LH placed me and my family in business class.

 

I think the flight was around 11 hours

SJO to FRA on a Condor 763, 13:30hrs. They do a stopover in either Havana or Santo Domingo, depending if you fly during the winter or summer schedule. You have to stay on the plane during ground time, which is around 1 hour and half of this seated, due to refueling safery regulations, only bareable in Comfort Class. Eco on that charter bomber is pure hell. Ironically, on the routing from FRA to SJO, you can leave the airplane during the stopover, hell knows why.

 

Longest nonstop, AMS-MEX on the KLM B744, is around 11 hours. Fastest flight I ever had was 10:15 hrs on that route, but from MEX-AMS due to flying with the Jetstream.
