Hello everyone
I'm new to airline-empires.
First of all i would like to thank to kitty for heliping new players .
well first when I was looking how did she create route i found out that she only pressed quick lease .However alot of airports doesnt have that options and i am not sure how to create root to them.
Only huge airports have that quick lease but i dont want to go there because expensive charges on the airport.
I just want to create regional fleet of ATRs or something..

I did, and was upset that I was not able to find detailed explanations. In Human resources page, what means Reserves and Attrition rate?

I'm sorry I wasn't able to cover everything. Attrition means how many employees quit/move on (out of your entire workforce) and even I don't know what the Reserves mean.

Reserves are how many employees are hired as backup. Think of them as redundancies to ensure your airline operates smoothly no matter what.

I personally disagree and would recommend ordering as many aircraft as you can as soon as possible and before opening any routes, because you cannot lease aircraft using negative cash but you can use negative cash to lease gates and pay route opening fees. If you lease those gates first, you will have less cash available to lease aircraft, which means slower income growth during the airline's most crucial phase.

Definitely agree with Yuxi. Ideally you should start in a populated world and clear the used market of older 737 sized aircraft.
