I really don't have the time to deal with such a stupid question (I say this in in the most nicest way ) So I suggest looking at the AE Wiki so you get the answer to your question and stop spamming the forums for future questions!

You have to click "Buy" or "Lease" on specific aircraft to order them.

I have the same problem. I click on 'order new aircraft', there are no aircraft listed. So I try filtering to a manufacturer, and still no aircraft. Does this just mean there are none available to order?

You might want to be patient with your browser... AE's server aren't exactly zipping fast...
And well, if you are in the 2000s and you filter to Hawker Siddeley, would you expect anything? AE's worlds are realistic in the fact they provide you with as-now manufactured aircraft as according to the date. You don't get to order the Concorde if you are in 2025
