The world will be reset at the end (or thereabouts) of 2020.  Once reset, you are welcome to rejoin the world and start from scratch.

KingsTON, Jamaica's airport is correct.  It already exists in game as KIN.

 

KingsTOWN, St. Vincent and the Grenadines is airport code ###, which is a placeholder.  The airport is currently being built and not complete yet.

I have run into this when buying used planes.  You never know what kind of cabin configuration the previous owner had.  You should be able to configure a new cabin layout for your plane, and remember to assign it to the plane in question once you are finished configuring.
