Why does my 189 seat plane show only 4 seats are available and being booked out? There are no weight restrictions and my load factor is 100. When you go to flights it shoes 189/189 seats are being utilised?

I have run into this when buying used planes.  You never know what kind of cabin configuration the previous owner had.  You should be able to configure a new cabin layout for your plane, and remember to assign it to the plane in question once you are finished configuring.

You can reconfigure used planes. Simply go to "Configure cabin layout" and configure planes of the type from "Default" to the configuration you want.

They planes have all been custom configured, it seems to be a glitch - when I see it again, I will take a screenshot. Thanks for the replies
