If its a part of America then it would have been your 51st state. Same logic as Hawaii; 50th state only when after the monarchy, transition to the State of Hawaii then being amalgated into USA. Point doesn't stand :P

So the District of Columbia isn't part of America because it isn't a state?

San Juan (SJU) is currently counted as part of Puerto Rico, meaning that US carriers cannot start routes such as SJU-CCS in real-world games. As we all know, this is not the case in real life - SJU, for air traffic, is the same as a state.

Is this an easy fix?
