    Other Taxes and Fees Insanely High?

    I've began operating some smaller aircraft (PC-12) in Siberia to try to connect all the tiny airports there. However, all of the routes that these small planes fly on are not making any money because this "other taxes and fees" are super high. Attached is an example. Is this a glitch, or is it supposed to be this way?
