lease/buy aircrafts with the lowest fuel consumption

start with routes where the gate fees aren't astronomical

unfortunately there isn't. A lot of people has suggested a new class to be implemented (premium economy) though

IFE and IFS is different from each other. When you install IFE when you lease the aircraft it means your aircraft will have TVs etc installed but IFS (services like meals etc) aren't. You have to create those first before applying them to the route
