Revenue Calculation

hello i am not sure or if there is a formula in calculating actual revenue. i try to put a a-330-300 on a prime route with a fare 0f 1816. When i hit calculate my load factor is 100% but yet i make a loss of 54000 on the route.
if possible can someone please tell or provide me with information or solution to this situation

KC AIRLINES is looking for a loan between 250-300 million to expand on large and medium size markets as well as solidify on its existing route network.

The airline currently operates a fleet of 3 beech1900d and has a DOP of just over 75000k

Operating from its base in providence the airline serves 3 destinations.
