Weight restrictions

I am having a hard time figuring out this "Weight restrictions". I am running a 757-200 from NA to EU. The runway is at 12,675 ft & 10,000 ft respectively. this is more that adequate since that the required runway is 6195 feet. How does a 210 passenger jet have a "Weight restricted to 45 pax" tag. I am flying on this route 3/week. My competitor has a DC 10-30 running 5X, and doesn't seem to be an issue.
