RAYO Air is focusing on profitable routes by pulling out of New Orleans we have cut 2M in losses, which will help us fight major competitors on our top 5 routes, 22 of our routes bring in 10k each. We have cut costs as far back as we can now we are going to expand heavily. We are pushing our EU division opening 1 in asia and if any money is left US expansion

Our US division is cutting back, to become profitable our OLD hub cost us 2M per month. We are increasing profits by focusing on major cities, and untaped markets. Still looking for a new hub that isn't controlled by a top 50 airline. We have streamlined to 3 planes with a profit of 24K each, and cut back gates doubling profitability. Expanding into major Northern cities, and to the west coast using our 1900D fleet.

In Europe we have a strong Northern position with our expansion to Russia. We have maximizing our current gates, and are on the move into Eastern Europe & France.

Our restructuring has cut cost by 23,424,235 or 61% WOW!! A big part of it was cutting gate cost by 8M, and hub costs by 3.2M. Out ticket sales have been stuck at 30M but we plan to reach 35 or 40 by years end.

Our Asian Division has expanded over all profitable JAPAN, CHINA, & KOREA. Our aircraft is avg. 30K each with full loads we need new plans to increase profits. In both Tokyo and Seoul we are 1 gate shy of allowing 2 more planes into the region. We putting aside 60M to upgrade our current routes with better planes.

* assumes each gate costs 150,000 per month, & based on 30 day month
Any advice form major airlines appreciated

Regional & International Graphs

21 February 2008 - 08:34 AM

I think we need 2 graphs on the cities one that shows International flights (flights form other continents) and one for Regional (in the continent).

This will help small regional airlines to realize who there completion is and what airports are controlled by international airlines.
As well as make it easier to identify hubs for major airlines.
