As per the EU Open Skies Agreement, any airline in the EU or Norway is allowed to operate in any EU country

Examples:

Currently, if you are based in Germany, you cannot fly France to Poland due to "political restrictions."

However, in real life, you would be able to because of the Open Skies Treaty.

Hopefully this will get integrated into the game.

AE could add subsidiaries - branches of an airline

Examples:

Lufthansa has EuroWings, Air France has HOP!, etc.

Money would be shared between the parent and subsidiaries, aircraft, employees, etc.

I think this would make a great feature, any comments are welcome!

How about this for a feature:
You can choose when aircraft depart and arrive at airports, which determines the cost for gates and operating flights at airports. This can help increase realism in the game. If a time slot at busy airports are not occupied by a flight, they could be automatically dissolved to make room for other airlines.
